Excellent service
Aside from the clothes being excellent, they also provide excellent customer service. My most recent order had a delivery issue (no fault of Gymshark) and they were super responsive and sent a replacement shipment right away using a more reliable courier.

Incredibly fast and to the point…
Incredibly fast and to the point service. Unfortunately something went wrong in packing which resulted in me getting the wrong item. Customer service (Tyler, in my case) immediately made sure to send the item that I did not receive, even only after basically one message with 2 supporting images. I will still be a very happy customer. I already fell in love with the products, but now I know that even when something goes wrong I can rely on the service as well. 10/10

The customer service was great! I had a little stitching problem with my joggers and the team was on top of it in no time. It only took a couple hours for them to respond, and within 5 minutes of talking my replacement order was already on the way. Will definitely be using gymshark again.

So my order somehow got lost in the mail or not delivered. Gymshark was on top of the situation and helped to find the order. Without hesitation were able to provide an immediate solution and send a new order. Great company and customer service was prompt and helpful.

I had an amazing experience with this company and also with their customer service! All of their customer service reps are super helpful, nice, & very accommodating! I will 100% be purchasing from this company again ?
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. You always can tell a crap company when they don't have a phone number to take up issues. Ordered an item for my son's birthday. No update until I emailed them and then told it was out of stock. Absolute rubbish. Buy Under Armour instead.

Very upsetting experience
I returned an order 4 weeks ago and am still waiting on my money back. I can't understand why it takes so long considering I received an email to say the order was received by them. It's very upsetting to know they are holding my money. I will never use gymshark again.
Gymshark just got in contact with me to say they didn't receive my parcels and no record of me returning them? Now they are saying my returns are in their warehouse and have just been left there with no one bothering to look at them. I am done with gymshark, never again. Bad experience and bad customer service.

Poor customer service
The stitching on the shorts is so scratchy that it would cause red marks and soreness if used in the gym.
I returned an order on 17 June 2022. I have still not received my refund. It isn't possible to email them any more, you have to use a chatbot. And you don't get a reply other than the standard terms and conditions.
And the chatbot is just telling me that the information I've given is "not seen yet".
The top of the chatbot also says, they typically take a day to reply!
Am I supposed to keep the chatbot open for a day?
I want to use email at least, so that I can give customer services all the information.

Trunks underwear, please remove Tags.
I bought the trunks underwear, they're fantastic, almost perfect. They have stretch, soft, and comfortable. The only issue is the long tags on the underwear, if it didn't have the tags, they would be perfect.

The customer service is great. It was answered very quickly and also helped immediately. I had a problem with the quality of one of my leggings and I was immediately sent a new one. Super friendly. I love the leggings from Gymshark and will be happy to continue ordering there with this great customer service.

The best customer service
The best customer service I have experienced with an online clothing brand. Once my order stated it was delivered, I contacted them to say I had not received and they placed a new order for me within 5 minutes and my order was delivered to Ireland within two days. Yesterday I was missing an item from my delivery and when I contacted them they immediately sent it out no questions asked. Always a pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with other companies and have had similar issues and never got my items or my money back.
